Quick answer: If a pouch contains 30 gummies and the labelled serving is 2 gummies, the package contains 15 servings. Piece count and serving count are not the same number.
Why shoppers get tripped up by gummy counts
With capsules, drinks and single-serve sachets, one unit often feels like one serving. Gummies are different because a labelled serving may be two, three, four or more pieces. A large piece count can therefore look like more value than it really represents.
The formula is simple
Take the total number of gummies and divide it by gummies per serving. Thirty gummies divided by two gummies per serving equals fifteen servings.
POWERON uses exactly that format: 30 gummies per pouch, 2 gummies per serving, 15 servings total.
Now attach the formula numbers to the serving
POWERON’s 100 mg caffeine, 23 mg L-theanine, 200 mg sodium, 100 mg potassium and 50 mg magnesium are stated per 2-gummy serving. Reading those numbers as though they apply to each individual gummy would double your interpretation and be incorrect.
Serving count is also the right way to compare value
At a current listed price of $24.99 CAD, a 15-serving pouch can be compared with coffee, energy drinks or other products on a per-serving basis. The package price alone does not tell you much unless the serving count is known.
Follow the labelled serving directions
Do not invent your own serving system based on what feels intuitive. The label is where the manufacturer states the intended directions and cautions. With caffeine products, serving math also affects your total caffeine calculation.

Frequently asked questions
Is one gummy one serving of POWERON?
No. The current POWERON product listing states that 2 gummies equal one serving.
How many POWERON servings are in a pouch?
15 servings.
Why does serving math matter for caffeine?
Because caffeine amounts are typically stated per labelled serving. Misreading the serving can cause you to miscalculate your intake.
