POWERON currently ships within Canada.

Standard Shipping: Free across Canada.

Express Shipping: $20 CAD where available.

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Orders placed during weekends, holidays, high-volume periods, product launches, or promotional periods may require additional processing time.

Any delivery timelines displayed at checkout are estimates provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier conditions, weather, rural or remote delivery locations, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking information will be provided when available from the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the order before it ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.

If your order appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or there is another delivery issue, please contact us through our Contact page and include your order number.

Applicable taxes are calculated according to the destination and applicable law.

POWERON currently ships only to Canadian addresses. International shipping may become available in the future.
